LOCATION: Baymeadows (Full-Time)
DEPARTMENT: Native Sun Gluten-Free Bakery
COMPENSATION: TBD based on experience
Set and maintain attractive bakery displays, prepare and serve products, and support the Gluten-Free Bakery vision. This production position is mainly responsible for production of dough, mixes, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other bakery products.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of one (1) year of previous experience in a bakery environment required.
- Knowledge of general bakery procedures and baking practices required.
- Good understanding of food allergies and diseases required.
- Familiarity with natural and organic foods and products preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel required.
- Able to work mornings, nights, weekends, holidays and long/unusual hours as needed.
