"Quicksand" Schmear & Dunking Dip
Kid-friendly and rich in brain-building Essential Fatty Acids.
     

Ingredients:
1 cup raw almond butter
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup sunflower seeds or sesame seeds
1 tsp flax oil (optional)

 

- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer to an airtight glass jar and store in the fridge.

Serving Ideas: Use as a schmear for a sandwich with fresh banana, sliced apples raisins and carrots. Use as a dunking dip for: celery, carrots, bok choy, apples, pears, whole grain pretzels, bread sticks, and crackers. Serve with a tall glass of Organic Valley Milk.
