Homemade Granola
     

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
2 cups crisp brown rice cereal
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup dried fruit pieces
1/4 cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup chopped almonds

 

1.Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13x9 baking dish. Melt butter in pan over medium heat.

2. Remove from heat and whisk honey, flour, vanilla and cinnamon.

3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

4.Transfer mixture to baking dish and press firmly into pan with wax paper.

5. Bake 20 minutes. Cool in pan one hour.

6.Transfer to wire rack. Cool completely before cutting.
