Ingredients: 1 lb. Ground turkey 2-3 carrots, grated ý onion, minced 1-2 stalks of minced celery 1 tsp. Spike seasoning Olive oil for frying
1. Mix all ingredients together and cook well in oil. Or put in greased loaf pan and bake as you would a meatloaf or meatballs.
2. Top with tomato sauce or soy/rice cheese.
