Cut tofu into 1-inch squares.
Brown on medium high in canola or olive oil. After
browning one side and flipping tofu, wait one
minute and add the following ingredients:
1. garlic and shallots (wait
approximately 30 - 45 seconds)
2. vegetable broth, pesto
and lemon juice
3. lower heat and let simmer
approximately 2 minutes
4. salt, pepper, red pepper,
parsley and green onions (stir well)
5. serve over prepared pasta
