Ingredients:
1 head broccoli, finely chopped
1 small head of cauliflower, finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Spectrum Mayonnaise
11/2 tsp. Spectrum Flax Oil
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 C water
1 tbsp. plus
1 tsp. maple syrup
2 tbsp. bacon bits (optional)
sea salt and black pepper to taste (optional)

Finely chop the broccoli and cauliflower.
Remove the skin from the stems and chop. Add together
in mixing bowl. Add cheddar cheese to mixture
and stir gently. Mix together in another mixing
bowl the mayonnaise, flax oil, milk, water, and
maple syrup. Add the dressing to the vegetable
mixture and mix until well blended. Chill and
serve.
Yields: 61/2 cups
