Ingredients:
4 whole wheat pita pockets
1 C chopped avocado (1 avocado)
1/2 C shredded Romaine lettuce
1/4 C grated carrots
1/2 C cucumber sauce (see recipe)
Let's do the Salsa (optional - see recipe)
Cucumber Sauce
1/2 C plain yogurt
1/2 C peeled, chopped cucumber
1 tsp. flax oil
1 tsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. sea salt Add ingredients together until
mixed well. Serve with pita pocket sandwiches
or salads.
