| Ingredients:
1 loaf French bread
4 slices Native
Sun Teryaki Tempeh
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 slices mozzarella cheese
2 tsp. Dijon mustard or Spectrum Mayonnaise
2 C shredded romaine lettuce
1 large cucumber, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
Seeds of Change
Italian Dressing, To Taste

| Using caution
to avoid cutting all the way through, slice a loaf of
French bread and unfold open-faced. Spread your favorite
mustard or Spectrum Mayonnaise across the top and bottom
of bread and set aside. Place the lettuce, cucumber
and green onions in a bowl. Pour a few tablespoons of
dressing over the veggies and toss gently. Lay the cheddar
cheese across the bottom of the bread. Next arrange
the tempeh, mozzarella, vegetable mixture and top with
tomatoes. Cut into 4 sandwiches and enjoy!
Yields: 4 sandwiches
