Recipes - Fresh Veggie Wrap

Ingredients:
1 spinach wrap
3 tablespoons Native Sun Garlic Hummus
1 handful of lettuce
2 tablespoons Native Sun House Dressing (nutritional yeast base)
2 tomato slices
1 tablespoon chopped onion
4 cucumber slices
1⁄4 cup alfalfa sprouts
2 tablespoons shredded carrot

 


Spread the garlic hummus on a spinach wrap. In a small bowl, toss the House Dressing with the lettuce. Place dressed lettuce in the center of the wrap and top with tomato slices, chopped onion, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts and carrot. Spread ingredients evenly across the center of the wrap, making sure to leave room at the bottom of the wrap for folding.

Folding the Wrap: Fold both sides of the wrap in toward the center. While holding down the sides, lift the bottom of the wrap and continue to fold over gently, using hummus to keep it together.
