Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes. Mix
with Braggs, sesame oil and water. Bake at 350
degrees for 30 minutes. Flip tofu after 15 minutes.
Thinly slice the green onions, finely
chop the parsley and dice the celery. After cooking
tofu, mix with the remaining ingredients. Chill
before serving. Serving suggestions include mixed
greens, stuffed tomatoes or pita bread.
