Cut tofu into 1/3 or 1/2-inch slabs.
Brush tofu pieces with canola or olive oil and
dust with Frontier Cajun Spice. Place on grill
with coated side down. Grill approximately 4 to
6 minutes or until crispy. Flip and grill for
3 to 4 more minutes. This is a quick and easy
way to enjoy tofu. Add this to your tossed pasta,
bed of greens or sandwish. The following sauce
is just one which works well with blackened tofu.
You should experiment with others.
