Recipes - Sundried Herb Sauce

Ingredients:
3 tbsp. blanched Sonoma Sundried Tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon garlic (minced)
2 tbsp. green onions
3 tbsp. parsley (finely chopped)
1/4 cp. lemon juice
1/8 cp mushrooms
3 tbsp. white wine
1/3 cp. Arrowhead Mills Vegi Broth

 
SautŘ sundried tomatoes, mushrooms and garlic for approximately 1 to 2 minutes on medium high. Add wine, vegi broth and lemon juice. Lower heat and reduce for approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Finish with garlic butter (optional) and serve.
