Procedure:
1.In a bowl, pour warmed milk over coarsely chopped Lobster mushrooms and let sit for one hour.
2.Preheat Broiler.
3.In a saucepan, lightly saute onion in 2 Tbs butter. Beat eggs into milk and lobster mushrooms. Add onions and the remaining ingredients.
4.Heat the remaining butter in a large, ovenproof skillet over medium\high heat. When pan is hot add the egg mixture and cook until bottom is set.
5.Place under preheated brioiler to finish cooking and is slightly brown on top.
