Recipes - Peanut Butter Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:
6oz of Whole Milk\ Soy Milk
1 cup frozen bananas
1/2 cup Toasted or Raw Peanuts
2 large Dates
3\4 cup Ice

 

Place all ingredients in the blender in the same order as the recipe (Liquids first).  Place the blender on medium and then slowly increase spead to max.  Blend until ingredients are smooth and consistant. Pour and Drink.
