A Healthier Pumpkin Spice Latte for One
- 1 cup hot coffee,
- 1 Tbsp. pureed canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 3 Tbsp. full fat coconut milk
- ¼ tsp. pumpkin spice or cinnamon, plus extra for garnish
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. maple syrup
