Broccoli and Yogurt Salad


  • 2 large heads of broccoli cut into small florets 
  • 1 bunch of green onions thinly chopped 
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 small container of plain Siggis yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh ground pepper, to taste

Preparation Instructions

  1. Place the yogurt and lemon juice in a small bowl and mix until combined.
  2. Add the salt and pepper to taste and pour over the broccoli.
  3. Toss the broccoli in the dressing until evenly covered.
  4. Season as needed.
