Fall Spinach Pesto
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 c. packed spinach
- 1 c. packed basil
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. nutritional yeast
- 1-2 Tbsp. water to thin (without adding more fat and calories)
- Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
- Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
