| Ingredients:
3-4 medium sweet potatoes
6 Tbs. butter
6 Tbs. brown sugar
6 Tbs. orange juice
6 Tbs. Bourbon or Rum
1/2 teas. cinnamon
1/2 teas. nutmeg
1/4 teas. ground cloves
1/2 cup pecans, roughly chopped |

| Boil sweet
potatoes until fork tender. Drain and cool enough to
remove skins. Roughly mash sweet potatoes. Combine the
rest of the ingredients, except pecans, with sweet potatoes
and mix well. Turn mixture into a 9x12 baking dish and
top with pecans.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. |
