Ingredients:
32 oz. container Imagine Creamy Portabella soup
5 Tbs. cornstarch, dissolved in water
3 cloves garlic, chopped
4 cans Westbrae green beans, drained
8 oz. cremini mushrooms, sliced and saut¯ed (optional)
1 cup Ians onion rings, coarsely chopped

Preheat oven to 350.
In a saucepan, bring soup to a simmer
and add cornstarch/water mix.
Meanwhile, place green beans, garlic
and mushrooms in a casserole dish. Pour hot soupmix
over everything in casserole and top with the
chopped onion rings. Bake for 10-15 minutes until
top onions are crispy.
