| Ingredients:
1 Grateful Harvest organic turkey breast with skin,
deboned (from 20lb turkey)
1 bag Arrowhead Mills organic herb stuffing mix
3/4 stick Organic Valley butter, unsalted
2 cups onions, diced
2 cups celery, diced
1/4 cup sage, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups Imagine organic chicken broth, or turkey broth
1 cup Made in Nature organic dried apricots, chopped
1 cup Made in Nature organic dried figs, chopped

| Lay the turkey breast
on a counter top covered in plastic wrap and with a
meat mallet, pound turkey until desired thickness. Set
aside or in fridge.
Butter an 11” x 7” glass
baking dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt the butter over medium heat in a
large sauté pan. Add onions, celery, sage, figs
and apricots. Cook until tender, about 6 minutes.
Place sautéed items in a large
mixing bowl. Add the stuffing mixture and the broth,
mix well. Place in baking dish, cover and bake for 40
minutes. Remove and let cool.
Take the turkey out and lay flat on counter
top. Place the stuffing on the first 2/3 of the bird
closets to you.
Roll turkey until all the stuffing is
hidden, fold ends in and tie with butcher’s twine.
Place roulade in the oven for 45 to 55
minutes or until internal temperature is 160 degrees.
Remove, let cool 30 minutes, slice and
enjoy!
