Ingredients:
3 oz Organic Valley orange juice
1 cup Wholesome Sweeteners turbinado sugar
3 Tbsp yellow onion
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
4 cups fresh cranberries
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pepper |

| In a medium sauce
pot over medium heat sauté ginger,
and onion until translucent.
Add orange juice and sugar, mix until
sugar is dissolved.
Add cranberries and simmer until skins
pop, 5 minutes.
Mash berries until desired consistency.
Serve warm or chilled.
