| Ingredients:
5# peeled potatoes
1/8 cup of roasted garlic
1/2 bunch diced scallions
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 stick of butter
salt and pepper to taste |

| Boil potatoes
until done. Drain potatoes and whipped potatoes while
slowly adding milk until desired thickness. Add all
of the remaining ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
Yield: 8-10 servings |
