Holiday Recipes - Harvest Dressing

Ingredients:
1 loaf multigrain Rudi's bread
2 loaves sourdough Rudi's bread
1 loaf Rudi's Rye bread
2 medium caramelized onions
5 stalks caramelized celery
2 cups walnuts
8 oz golden raisins
16 oz Thompson raisins
1 cup chopped parsley
1 cup unsalted melted butter
ó cup of paprika
4 whole apples peeled and diced

 

Preheat oven to 350.

Trim bread of crust. Caramelize celery and onions and mix thoroughly with all ingredients. Slowly toss with melted butter. Place in a lightly oiled casserole dish (9 x13) at 350 degrees covered with foil for 45 minutes. Remove foil and cook remaining 15 minutes to brown.

Yield: 8-10 servings.
