LOCATION: Baymeadows (Full-Time), Jax Beach (Full-Time)
DEPARTMENT: Native Sun Deli
COMPENSATION: TBD based on experience
Provide overall management and supervision of the prepared foods department. Lead the deli department team with creativity, passion for the product, and a quality-driven leadership style. Responsible for team development and accountability. Oversight for profitability, expense control (packaging and labor), inventory control, buying and merchandising, regulatory compliance, recipe development, and special projects as assigned. Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customers and team members.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of two (2) years of previous kitchen, culinary, deli, restaurant, kitchen management or cooking experience required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent understanding of food allergies and diseases required
- Familiarity with natural and organic foods and products preferred.
- Able to work mornings, nights, weekends, holidays and long/unusual hours as needed.
