Whether you need to grab and go, or bust out a big Sunday brunch, these six breakfast essentials will help ensure all your mornings start off on the right side of the bed.

  1. Unsalted Butter
Can we all agree you've got to have butter somewhere in the breakfast spread? Of course, you can always use this creamy staple spread on your choice of toast, but we like to add some organic greens to an egg and butter mixture for a fresh fritta on the fly!

  2. Golden Flax Seeds
It never hurts to add some omega-3 fatty acids and fiber to your morning smoothie or oatmeal, right? Get your day started on a nutritious note with a sprinkle of golden flax seeds in whatever it is you're eating!

  3. Biscuits/Crescent Rolls
You needn't be a professional baker to have fresh biscuits. Organic crescent rolls and biscuits come ready-made so you can make as many as you want, with just a flick of the oven's on button! We suggest doing self-serve style for bigger breakfasts, with a buffet line of biscuits paired with sweet and savory toppings like eggs, avocado, honey and fresh fruit.

  4. Bacon
Salty, crispy uncured bacon is a fan-favorite breakfast essential, for sure. We love throwing it on toast or serving it up as a topping on biscuits. Either way, make sure you buy two because, obviously, bacon goes fast!

  5. Lärabar
Keep organic food bars in the pantry for breakfasts that need to be packed in a hurry! Simple, whole ingredients like dates, almonds, chia seeds, and sea salt make Lärabars a real winner in our breakfast book.

  6.  Blueberries
We say, throw some fresh, organic blueberries into your pancake mix or smoothie recipe for some extra tang and nutrition!
