Expanded Selection of Artisan Cheeses
We are now offering a selection of fresh, hand-cut cheeses!
Cheese is a big deal. On a global scale, cheese production tops coffee, tobacco, tea, and cocoa beans combined. That’s a lot of cheese, and we’re excited to be adding to our selection with fresh cheeses that are made with milk from cows, goats, and sheep not treated with rBST or other growth hormones. Each cheese is also free of irradiated spices.
Clean ingredients are important, but so is flavor. That’s why we’ve gone straight to the source, locating the most flavorful cheeses available and bringing them directly to you. In many cases, we’ll be purchasing by the wheel, so expect fresher cheese, and bigger, bolder flavors.
We’ll be cutting and wrapping wheels of fresh cheese and discussing the perfect wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings in-store each week from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Fridays, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Here's the current schedule:
- Jacksonville Beach: Fridays from 4 to 7 p.m.
- Baymeadows: Saturdays from 1 to 4 p.m.
- Mandarin: Sundays from 1 to 4 p.m.
