First, Cook with Good Pasta

Pasta night is nothing without good noodles! We love Ancient Harvest Organic Supergrain Pasta because it’s gluten-free and made with non-GMO ingredients. The pasta dish to the left brings lemon, thyme and a bunch of veggies into the mix, while the recipe up top is delicious twist on an Italian classic. Both recipes are made with Ancient Harvest pasta and would work great as a go-to meals throughout the month!

Go Back to Your Roots

For many, mac and cheese was a childhood favorite. Don’t overlook updating the classic dish with fresh new flavors. This Annie’s recipe is a perfect, elevated entry point thanks to ingredients like garlic, pine nuts and basil, and veggies like peas and asparagus! Rethink the Night

Going meat free for pasta night can mean having alternative proteins, sure, but it can also mean alternative pastas, too! Thanks to kitchen tools like the spiral vegetable slicer, you can make noodles out of vegetables! This zucchini pasta with hemp and mint is a perfect recipe to start with if you’ve never made vegetable noodles from scratch before. Pro tip: you can always use a potato peeler to make vegetable noodles, if you don’t have a spiralizer!
