A Healthier Pumpkin Spice Latte for One

  • 1 cup hot coffee,
  • 1 Tbsp. pureed canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 3 Tbsp. full fat coconut milk
  • ¼ tsp. pumpkin spice or cinnamon, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. maple syrup

Preparation Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until frothy; sprinkle with pumpkin spice.
