Avocado Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of break

  • 2 oz. ghee, butter or oil of choice

  • 2 slices preferred cheese

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 small tomato

  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread ghee, butter or oil of choice onto both sides of bread.

  2. Add cheese, avocado and tomato slices onto bread.

  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Toast sandwich on grill pan until desired crispiness.

  5. Enjoy!
