- 1/3 c. chia seeds
- 2 c. vanilla almond milk
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup, honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a mason jar or bowl and whisk to combine. Let mixture sit for a few minutes and then whisk again to ensure no clumps have formed.
- Cover with lid or plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator overnight (minimum of 2 hours).
- Can be served as is or garnished with a variety of toppings (granola, fruit, nuts, etc).
