Chia Seed Pudding


  • 1 c. milk

  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds

  • Toppings such as honey, berries or nuts


  1. Whisk them together and leave in the refrigerator overnight. 

  2. For best results, whisk it one more time about 10 minutes after you put it in the refrigerator. This will prevent the seeds from sticking to the bottom. 

  3. Top with berries, nuts or a drizzle of honey .
