Key Lime Coconut Energy Bites


  • 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cashews

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pitted dates

  • 3 key limes

  • 2 scoops Whole Earth & Sea Protein & Greens powder

  • 1/2 cup shredded or flaked coconut

  • Vegan chocolate, melted (if desired)


  1. Use a lemon juicer to juice the key limes and add the juice to a food processor. Using a zester, grate all three limes and add the zest to the food processor.

  2. Add both finely chopped nuts, Whole Earth & Sea Protein & Greens powder and dates to the food processor and pulse until the ingredients are combined and start to stick together.

  3. Remove the mixture from the food processor and shape into 1 or 2 inch balls.

  4. Roll each ball in your choice of coconut or melted chocolate.

  5. Enjoy!
