  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 c. packed spinach
  • 1 c. packed basil
  • 1/4 c. olive oil  
  • 1/4 c. nutritional yeast
  • 1-2 Tbsp. water to thin (without adding more fat and calories)
  • Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste

  1. Blend all ingredients in a small blender or food processor until smooth.  
  2. Serve over pasta or with bread for dipping.
