Grilled Mango Skewers
2 bell peppers
2 c. teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp. sriracha
1 tbsp. chili powder
Cut mangos into about 2 inch cubes.
Cut bell pepper and onions in about the same size.
Put the mangoes, bell peppers and onions onto skewers.
Mix teriyaki sauce and sriracha together.
Goat skewers in sauce.
Sprinkle chili powder over the skewers.
Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side basting after turning.
