Grilled Mango Skewers

Ingredients

  • 3 mangos

  • 2 bell peppers

  • 1 onion

  • 2 c. teriyaki sauce

  • 2 tbsp. sriracha

  • 1 tbsp. chili powder

Instructions

  • Cut mangos into about 2 inch cubes.

  • Cut bell pepper and onions in about the same size.

  • Put the mangoes, bell peppers and onions onto skewers.

  • Mix teriyaki sauce and sriracha together.

  • Goat skewers in sauce.

  • Sprinkle chili powder over the skewers.

  • Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side basting after turning.

  • Enjoy!
