Honeycrisp Crumble Superfood Smoothie

  • 2 small or 1 large Honeycrisp apples, cored & quartered

  • 1 ½ cup nut milk (unsweetened)

  • ½ cup filtered water

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 1 Tbsp. each: maple syrup, gluten free oats, coconut oil, chia seeds and flax meal

  • 1 tsp. each: vanilla extract, cinnamon

  • Pinch of pink salt

  • Handful of ice cubes

Preparation Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until combined and smooth. Taste and add additional maple syrup, if needed.
  2. Serve immediately and sprinkle top with cinnamon (optional).
