Hydrating Strawberry and Cucumber Yogurt Bowl
- 1 6 oz. container plain yogurt of choice
- ½ cucumber, cut into chunks
- 5 strawberries, sliced
- ½ lime
- 3 fresh basil leaves, julienned
- 1 tsp. local honey, agave or any sweetener
- 1 Tbsp. pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

- Spoon the yogurt into a bowl
- Top with cucumber, strawberries, juice of 1/2 lime, fresh basil, local honey and pepitas.
