Hydrating Strawberry and Cucumber Yogurt Bowl

  • 1 6 oz. container plain yogurt of choice
  • ½ cucumber, cut into chunks
  • 5 strawberries, sliced
  • ½ lime
  • 3 fresh basil leaves, julienned
  • 1 tsp. local honey, agave or any sweetener
  • 1 Tbsp. pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

Preparation Instructions

  1.  Spoon the yogurt into a bowl
  2.  Top with cucumber, strawberries, juice of 1/2 lime, fresh basil, local honey and pepitas.
