Maple Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. olive oil

  • 1 small shallot, minced

  • 1 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp. Coombs Maple Syrup

  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp. Kosher salt

  • 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small jar with a lid and shake until combined.

  2. Serve with veggies or salad.
