Maple Irish Coffee


  • 1 1/2 c. strong-brewed coffee

  • 4 tbsp. maple syrup

  • 2 - 4 oz. Irish Whiskey (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1/2 c. half and half


  1. In small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together coffee, whiskey, vanilla extract and maple syrup.

  2. Heat until scalding and bubbles appear along edge of pan (no not let it boil).

  3. Remove from heat.

  4. Add half and half.

  5. Stir to combine.

  6. Divide evenly between two mugs and top with whipped cream and maple sugar, as desired.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
