No Bake Chocolate Chip Oat Bites
- 1 c. dry oats
- 2/3 c. unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 c. peanut or almond butter
- 1/2 c. ground flax seeds
- 1/2 c. semisweet dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 c. Copra coconut nectar
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

- Stir all ingredients together until thoroughly mixed.
- Cover and let chill in the fridge for half an hour.
- Once chilled, roll into balls of any size you like.
- Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated up to a week.
