  • 1 c. dry oats
  • 2/3 c. unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 c. peanut or almond butter
  • 1/2 c. ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 c. semisweet dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 c. Copra coconut nectar
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together until thoroughly mixed. 
  2. Cover and let chill in the fridge for half an hour. 
  3. Once chilled, roll into balls of any size you like. 
  4. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated up to a week.
