No Bake Golden Milk Bites


  • 6 medjool dates, pits removed

  • 1/2 c. rolled oats

  • 1/2 c. roasted cashews, unsalted

  • 1.5 tsp. chia seeds

  • Juice and zest of one lemon

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp. coconut butter

  • 2 scoops Garden of Life Golden Milk Powder

  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut for dusting


  1. If your dates are not soft, soak them in hot water for about 10 minutes while you prepare the rest of the ingredients

  2. In the bowl of a food processor, pulse to combine all of your ingredients until they form a sticky dough. If it looks too dry, add a small splash of water until it holds together. Pour into a small dish to chill in the freezer for about 15 minutes. The dough is easier to roll that way

  3. Using 1 tablespoon measure or a small scoop, portion out the dough and roll into bitesize balls. To finish, roll in shredded coconut.
