No-Bake PB&J Bites


  • 2 ½ c. Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Rolled Oats

  • 2/3 c. All-Natural Nut or Seed Butter

  • ½ c. Crofter’s Organic Premium Four Fruit Fruit Spread

  • 2 tbsp. Chia Seeds

  • 2 tbsp. Hemp Hearts

  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon 

  • Drizzle of Olive Oil (For Hands)


  1. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients using a wooden spoon or your hands until they are well combined. 

  2. Next prepare a surface or tray with parchment paper and lightly drizzle your hands with olive oil. This helps with the rolling of the PB&J balls.

  3. Roll your PB&J bites into golf ball sized balls and then set on the prepared surface.

  4. Enjoy!
