No Bake Vegan Apple Pie Donuts

Ingredients

Donuts

  • 1 ¼ c. rolled oats
  • 1 ½ c. raw walnuts
  • 2/3 c. dates
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract 
  • ¼ c. melted coconut butter
  • ¼ c. melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. coconut nectar
  • 1/2 tsp. Himalayan pink salt
  • 2 apples
  • 2 tsp. applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Glaze

  • 6 tbsp. melted coconut butter
  • 2 tbsp. melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup crushed raw walnuts 
  • 2 tbsp. coconut nectar

    Preparation Instructions

    1. Add all donut ingredients to blender or food processor and blend until smooth. 
    2. Once blended, put ingredients into freezer to cool off for about 10 minutes. 
    3. Once cooled, roll mixture into bite-sized donut pieces. 
    4. Place donuts in the freezer for another 10 minutes. 
    5. While the donuts are in the freezer mix together the glaze ingredients. 
    6. After the donuts have chilled, take donuts and pour glaze over them. 
    7. You can serve immediately or put the donuts back into the freezer to enjoy later.
