Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. almond milk 
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup 
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 3/4 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 c. oats

    Preparation Instructions

    1. In a mason jar or bowl, combine almond milk, peanut butter, maple syrup and sea salt Stir until smooth. 
    2. Add chia seeds and oats. Stir well to break up any crumbs. Press the oats down to ensure they are submerged into the liquid. 
    3. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and place in refrigerator overnight (minimum 6 hours.) Can be served as is or garnished with a variety of toppings (granola, fruit, nuts, etc.)
