- 1/2 c. almond milk
- 2 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- pinch of sea salt
- 3/4 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 c. oats
- In a mason jar or bowl, combine almond milk, peanut butter, maple syrup and sea salt Stir until smooth.
- Add chia seeds and oats. Stir well to break up any crumbs. Press the oats down to ensure they are submerged into the liquid.
- Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and place in refrigerator overnight (minimum 6 hours.) Can be served as is or garnished with a variety of toppings (granola, fruit, nuts, etc.)
