1 lb organic whole salted cashews
1 tsp. ground chia seeds
1/4 c. organic light sugar
1/4 c. organic brown sugar
1/4 tsp. organic cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. organic ginger
1/4 tsp. ground organic cloves
1/4 tsp. organic cinnamon
1/4 tsp. organic nutmeg
1 tsp. water.
1/4 tsp. organic vanilla
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spread the nuts on a parchment-lined baking sheet and toast until fragrant.
In a medium bowl, whisk all dry ingredients together.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Add the mixture to the nuts and toss to coat evenly.
Roast nuts 15 to 20 minutes.
Once the nuts are cool, break up any large clumps.
