Sundried Tomato Tofurky Wrap
- 1 spinach wrap
- 2 Tbsp. Miyoko's Kitchen Sundried Tomato Cashew Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Just Mayo
- 2 slices Oven Roasted Tofurky
- 2 slices avocado
- 3/4 c. mixed greens
- 1 thin slice red onion, chopped
- 1 thin slice red cabbage, chopped
- Salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste
Place spinach wrap on a plate.
Spread cashew cheese and Just Mayo over the center leaving a 2-inch border around the edge.
Top with Tofurky slices.
Place avocado on side closest to you; top with mixed greens, red onion and red cabbage.
Season with salt and fresh cracked pepper.
