Superfood Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 c. spinach

  • 1. c. romaine

  • 1 cooked chicken breast, chopped

  • 1/4 c. sprouts

  • 2 tbsp. wildbrine red kraut

  • 2 tbsp. raw pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp. carrots, shredded

  • lemon juice

  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Add spinach and romaine into a salad bowl.

  2. Add carrots, chicken, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds to the bowl.

  3. Top with wild brine kraut, lemon juice and olive oil.

  4. Enjoy!
