Vegan Kombucha Sour
- 2 oz. bourbon
- 3 oz. GT’s Trilogy kombucha
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (about half a lemon)
- 1 Tbsp. agave
- Fill a cocktail shaker three-quarters full of ice. Add bourbon, lemon juice, and agave.
- Shake until chilled (about 15 seconds), then strain into an old fashioned glass.
- Top with kombucha.
- Add lemon wheel for garnish.
