Vegan Nachos


  • 8 c. tortilla chips

  • 1 batch vegan queso

  • 1 can black beans, drained

  • 1 c. guacamole

  • 1 c. salsa

  • chopped fresh jalapeños and red onion, optional

  • hot sauce, optional

  • cilantro, optional


  1. Make vegan queso.

  2. Once your queso is ready, heat up your black beans in a small saucepan and season with sea salt and desired spices.

  3. Arrange your chips on a large serving platter and add queso, salsa, guacamole, red onion, jalapeño, hot sauce, and cilantro.

  4. Enjoy!
