Vegan Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. coconut or cane sugar
1/3 c. melted coconut oil
1/4 c. warm water
1/3 c. salted dark chocolate
Preheat the oven to 350*F.
Whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl and set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, oil, and water. Add the wet mix to the dry mix and combine.
Fold in your chocolate, and on two parchment lined baking sheets, place around 16 cookie dough balls.
Bake your cookies for around 14-16 minutes (depending on desired chewiness).
